I have been with Dr. Salam at least 5 years. Her team is awesome. Very personable. Nurse April is the greatest. She has a very sweet spirit, humble and great about getting back to you in a timely manner.

I am a big fan of Dr Salam but her receptionist and staff are rude. The receptionist has zero customer service skills and acts totally indifferent to the needs and requests of patients. The nurse is nice but lacks the follow through to return patient calls. Should not take over 5 requests to their office to have a prescription refilled. Even when you ask to have a call returned you get no response. I am afraid Dr Salam is unaware of the actions and indifference of her staff. I will look for a new provider even though I like and trust Dr Salam.
