As normal they lost the package again, workers that can't read or speak English to them 223 to them lack of education And American Airlined don't pay a good wage to get good ameri an born americans to do the job. I hate American Airlines there a big waist of time, Amazing there in busniess they will go the way of PanAm Airlines from years ago loose busniess and go bankruptcy.

The guy was rude. I called several times to make sure I got everything right. Online its say be at the airport 45 mins to an hour before the flight. I got there an hour early and the guy told me I had to reschedule because I didn't get there 2 hours early.
