we bought a hellcat from this people with 4k paint damage, they wont arbitrate, car also has missing parts, they are only giving us run arounds. They wanted Manheim to inspect the vehicle and when they received the inspection, they did not accept anything listed in the inspection.

Rob Frazier just increased his under the table fees to give good run numbers on auction days at Almeda from 100 per unit to 150. Of course, you'd need to know the source to get your numbers, but when management is corrupt and greedy, what could be expected from the rest. Just a simple math on Thursdays shows, life has been good for him so far.

The GM at the Houston location on Almeda Genoa, Nash, was okay at the beginning of his promotion to GM, a few months ago, but he became corrupt little by little to the point that he takes money shamelessly for run numbers from some wholesalers. Somehow he must not be happy with his regular salary. A dealer even has a recording of him. Sad.

Bad dealer service staff when you call for numbers to sell your cars they do not answer their phones every one of them thinks she owns the auction . Not happy at all .
