They Don't Start Unloading til 9am, so time it accordingly. As there is no over night parking. Park on Road in Right lane, and walk bills to Security Guy. Then they call ya, give you a door assignment. Unloading is Quick 30 to 40 mins. Still like the New Chicago Location better. No room for To manuver Semis.

Been here since 6 am gave them my paperwork said they would call. It's now 10 am. I've seen two trucks go before me that showed up after me. Very tight space have to park on the street. But once I got in the dock 20 minutes tops to get trailer unloaded. That was a plus.

Mr Overkill

This place honestly doesn't have any business accepting semi trucks. 5 star service but less than 0 stars for facilities. You have to park on this narrow street on top of a hill and a curve which is super dangerous, and the lot was clearly designed for box vans. Maybe 85-90 feet between the door and the concrete wall, so forget about even trying to back up next to a truck, and you can't even get out when you're empty if there's someone to your left.
