This organization has no regard for its customers. Specifications and PO's, submitted months in advance, are disregarded and in some cases, completely ignored. Andreola neglected to order the aggregate and the epoxy (yes, something as simple as the epoxy mix) and are 7 weeks behind their contracted start date. They have put our project ridiculously behind schedule and have little regard for issues this creates. Emails not returned, phone calls ignored; are what you can expect by working with this company...and yes, even from the top management/owners. You would be better off hiring someone from out of state, rather than hiring this company. I will be notifying all the Facilities Directors @ Texas Universities to steer clear of this disreputable company.
