Bobby is a great guy and was diligent to fix our fridge. He replaced a damaged fan in the fridge. Soon after replacing the fan, the fridge acted up again, so he came back out a second time to find a leak in the fridge. He was able to fix the leak, help break up the frozen ice that built up, and did all this quickly. The only concern I had was the bill.. 500 just to replace a fan? And this bill was before we knew there was a leak. I haven’t had to fix a fridge before, but that seemed a bit much. Maybe it’s normal though, you decide for yourself. That has nothing to do with Bobby, that’s more about the business that created that price. Bobby was great so if you get him, he’ll do his help to help you because he cares.
