Worst service EVER!

Aramark just bought our coffee vendor and service went down hill with first contact...We are a 24/7 manufacturing plant with 180 employees. I emailed my rep as usual when we are out of something, the next morning I received a phone call from Aramark asking how much I needed, I said I wasn't sure because I didn't know when our next delivery was and my guy always knew about how much inventory I had/needed. This was on a Wednesday, she said we were scheduled for Friday. I told her I needed the sugar faster than that, she called me back and said they would try, otherwise they would be here Friday. No one came before or on Friday, When I emailed Monday morning to say now we are out of sugar and creamer she said she was sorry and someone would be out on Tuesday. Worst customer service ever, my old company would have came same day. Needless to say I am searching for a new vendor.

Couldn’t give o stars, this place . Some drivers have in their contracts to unload (Pepsi/Frito Lay,etc..) not mine. I don’t touch freight to add insult to injury you want to pay 50 to unload 10pallets are you crazy. Lumpers charge upward of 200-350, no one has a problem paying them yet you want to try the ookie dookie on me. Bye Felicia
