My experience with Ardan West Village was nothing short of phenomenal. Kimberly was amazing and extremely helpful. After searching for 2 months and exploring over 10 communities, the choice to move here was obvious. The whole team set the bar exceedingly high. The amenities blew me away. I’m Looking forward to making this my new home in 2021.

I've noticed that most of the 1 star reviews are from people that don't even live here... The spa, sauna, gym, lounge, apartment fixtures, and most importantly management are Grade A! Tyler is an amazing leasing agent and she really took care of us! Gary is the best concierge out there. He even worked Christmas morning for us. (he's a saint) Jason is not only an amazing maintenance operator, but he is also just an awesome down to earth guy! I know the management here personally and they are all amazing individuals. So beware of the \one time visitor\ reviews and really contextualize the review before taking them seriously. Thanks Team Ardan!
Been living here for three months during this pandemic and could not have picked a better place to be stuck! The amenities are endless and the location is awesome. The front desk in the lobby is incredible and provides better service than you will find anywhere else in Dallas. In specific, Courtney. She is very sweet and quick to jump on any issue a resident or future resident might have.

The apartments are okay but it's gotten really crowded and it takes forever to wait for the elevators, and to add to the elevator wait there are usually one or two down. Also make sure you give 60 day notice you are leaving, they will sneak that into your contract so your last day you have to pay rent is actually later than the end of your lease, a sneaky way to squeeze money out of you.
