We originally called Arrow for a problem with ants several places in the house. They were gone within a couple weeks (which is what the technician told us to expect), and we were very pleased. We continued maintenance service, and we have not seen anymore pests. I appreciate the reminder calls as well as the flexibility of scheduling.

I'm a realtor and I also own several rental properties and a personal home. Arrow provides excellent service at every address I have. Friendly, responsive and experts in the biz. they are my trusted provider in pest control.
I wish I could give this company ZERO stars! Three issues with this service I received today for weevils: 1. THE EXTERMINATOR, JOSE, STOLE 300 dollars. When I went to pay for something after his service, the money was completely gone from my wallet. I was left with a 5 bill and 9 1 bills. There is completely no one else who could have taken it. 2. He was 1 hour late with no communication about his arrival time, nor did he apologize for the inconvenience. 3. Jose did not have a mask on despite professional conduct and county mandate. This company told me “they would right the wrong”, yet could not do anything. I strongly warn you to HIDE YOUR STUFF if you don’t want it STOLEN by any employees of this company.
I have a 6 month old and we are on a schedule so I I appreciated the punctuality! I also appreciated that the technician was wearing a mask and took off his shoes when entering the house. All together professional and efficient!
These guys are awesome and very honest and diligent team of folks. They brought up some concerns in a good way and automatically plan for the best most economic plan of attack without selling the most high priced deal on the market. Definitely recommend this company.
