My husband purchase a 2016 Frieghtliner from them in November granted it has been in the shop it seem like every other week. We've lost more money than we made with this truck. But I can say they've worked with him to get the issues corrected. Raymond Ball really stepped up and we appreciate it. We couldn't give them 5 star review cause the quality of the equipment but overall they're very professional on how they handled the issues with our truck.

Great experience and very professional salesman William Bowers (Mike) went above and beyond and even farther. I was reimbursed airfare for flying 1350 miles and they even put a new fridge and installed my chrome bumper without any hesitation. I'll definitely be back and trust me you should too. Couldn't have asked for more from them especially him.

Purchased a International LoneStar back in June! Truck was clean with new rubber and a few minor problems that was repaired before taking delivery! Ceasar is very professional however! When the truck spends more time in the shop than running down the road its hard to give a good review! Pistons and liners, cracked fan blade oil leaks on the PTO, all six injectors, big block of DEF buildup in exhaust system! Check engine light comes on weekly and derates my truck because now there's electric issues that no shop can seem to pinpoint where so now with towing and several hours of labor I'm still broke down and no warranty coverage to help with my current situation!! So yeah great reviews for drivers that got a truck that runs! No help from Arrow 90 day warranty! And no help or advice from Mike or Tim for buying a truck with so many pre existing mechanical problems! I will never purchase a used truck from here or anywhere cause I will be penny less before my truck is fixed!!!
