My time at Axis has been the best: beautiful property, floor plans, FAST maintenance, friendly staff, and convenient parking. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and works excellent for working professionals looking to relax when back home. The location is also excellent; there's a Kroger walking distance and the Cedar Springs bars and dance floors are just around the corner (also walking distance). If I were to come back to Dallas I would live at Axis no questions asked.

Stuff I like, no particular order: -Very accessible to I-35 and DNT, which is right across the street -Close to many bars/restaurants, but without the noise/riffraff -Well insulated units - can't hear neighbors above, or airplanes landing at Love Field -Stylish kitchens with clean white finishes. Literally every other place you will tour has maple or dark brown cookie-cutter kitchens. -Generally quiet and respectful atmosphere - not a party building -Very well-equipped gym for the size of complex. Spin bikes are a nice plus. Also, great pool views from the gym. -Decent management & rent is reasonable for the area - just expensive enough to attract the right clientele. Many neighboring buildings run by Greystar and Venterra, both of which I would run from as fast as I could in the other direction. -Staff is friendly and not antagonistic to residents - it's not a place with an us against them mentality that you often see in property management. Bottom line: One of the better buildings in Oak Lawn, and probably at least tied for best in price/value ratio. Essence on Maple is a little more luxe, but be willing to shell out.

The leasing office is so unbelievably nice and easy to work with. They are always quick to respond and so friendly. We love renting at Axis at Wycliff.

Love living here! Have been here for almost 3 years now. I looked into many different apartments before deciding on one and this one blew the rest of them out of the water. The interiors are very nicely designed with spacious closets. The pool is fantastic and as well as the fitness center! The staff is WONDERFUL and they are always putting in the effort to create community with fun events. It's affordable and a great location with easy access to highways. LOVE living here! Highly recommend it!
