First time I came to the store was with my buddy in 2017. Just strolling and thought will pop in to check out some watches from Rolex. I ended up meeting with Steve Sixta. He was not pushy and was knowledgeable and very helpful. I left the store without a purchase. Few days after, I made the purchase over the phone since I wasn't in town and he was superb. I had the watch the next day. I got the best deal and it was just a very smooth transaction. Over the years, I have built a good relationship with Steve and the store. He has gotten me great time pieces and have been able to attend some interesting events over the period of time as well. All the other people at the store are really helpful too. This is my place to go for watches anywhere in the world. The store is very nice as well and they have great selection of watches from various brands. Omega, Tudor, Rolex, Cartier! Everything one can think of they have it. Would highly recommend them and if you do end up going there talk to Steve.

Neil is very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He knew everything about each watch. They only sell serious made watches of high quality. Neil is a very friendly gentleman. They also have Mont Blanc pens and stick a wide variety. They have great Rolex, Breitling, and Tag watches. They are very low pressure and pleasant to deal with.

Always a first class experience. Have shopped at the Bachendorfs Galleria location for years, buying countless watches and pieces of jewelry for my wife and myself. Bobby is simply the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service every time. If you haven’t done so already, you should go check them out.

I needed a timepiece to give as a gift with an unexpectedly short window to produce it. I was taken care of immediately and the service was world class. Heidi was wonderful to work with and I would recommend her and Bachendorf's to anyone.
