I visited the property this Wednesday in search for a 2 bedroom apt. Oscar was of the most helpful in making sure all my needs in finding my new home were met. I will most definitely move here. Great customer service and nice floor plan.

The office is always locked. I tried going in the office to put in work orders and the manager is almost never open! Then she puts caution tape from tree to tree to keep cars from goin in the parking lot to get to the office. What for? This is during the week! Trash is everywhere at all times. Since the new management change this property keeps down hill. I am very disappointed since owners don't do anything about the way the SO called manager talks to us. I think the guy in the green truck who works there is her husband. I now understand why he is always inside their apartment during the day instead of working and picking up trash! Someone needs to change this immediately!
Very thankful for the changes in management. The office feels welcoming now. The young man in the office has great customer service and is very attentive. Thank you Bachman Oaks!
Jose was right! First off there's nowhere for overnight guests or family to park. The Landscaping here is pitiful. When it rains there's mud everywhere. Foundation is shifting and there are cracks on the corners of the walls. Homeless come here and take baths in the closed pool area late at night. The drive in gate is always open for them. And if the cries from the neighbors kids don't wake you up at night the freight train will. If you can afford to pay extra for a better property i strongly suggest you do so.
This is the property manager at Bachman Oaks. OWNER: Why do you have this woman working here? I am almost 100% positive you get ALOT of complaints about her. She steals from you and the residents, she keeps that money for herself. To future residents: BEWARE AND READ ALL COMMENTS THEY ARE VERY TRUE IVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH THIS WOMAN.
