I have been going to Don Driver and the Dallas office for just over a year now, and I could not be more pleased with him or the staff! I have had my socket casted here twice. The office staff is always inviting and helpful. Don and his assistant have casted my socket here and it has always been a fast process! They get right down to business and always make it extremely easy for the patient.

Sometimes in life we go through very hard challenges like losing a limb or in my case losing two. I've had two amputations on both legs, both below the knee (BKA). I'm so glad that I'm going to Baker Orthotics and Prosthetics, Why? the staff members are excellent and very professional, I can truly say that Mr. Don driver has plenty of experience and it's noticeable just by the way he handles himself while building my prosthesis. He has taken care of me since day one and continues. I thank you for all for the confidence but mainly for the chance to walk again. God bless you all at Baker's.

Baker O&P provided my first orthotics (leg braces/AFOs) years ago. They enabled me to move like I hadn't been able to before that. I'm an exceptionally big guy, so my weight and size caused the AFOs to break, and the replacements to break. At no additional cost to me, the Baker team kept making new models until they found one I couldn't break! I've used the super heavy duty model for about two years now, and couldn't be happier. I can now do so much more with my legs/ankles/feet than I could before I found Baker. They are super people!

I was the only person in the waiting room when I checked in. 20 minutes later I asked the receptionist what the hold-up was. She admitted she had forgotten about me. (You would think it would be hard to miss the only person sitting in a waiting room.) She brought me to a treatment room, and it had another patient in it. She said “oh my goodness Mr. ___, I forgot you were here!” (!!!!) She then moved me to another room. I was finally seen after a 45 minute wait, which seemed crazy when nobody else was there. They told me they would order my orthotic that day. Three weeks later I got a call asking for payment before it could be ordered. I was floored that it hadn’t been ordered yet, as I had been told when I had left three weeks prior that it would be ordered and in within a week. This is the worst organized medical office I have ever been to in my life.
