Overall just needed to get blood drawn at the Advanced lung treatment center. Waited 20 minutes and checked status, no one was there and informed someone was on the way. Then another 15 minutes from someone to arrive. Then another 30 minutes because they didn’t have an order. Why does this take so long? The actual appointment with the physician took 20 minutes or less but over 1 full hour just to get blood drawn. To top it off there was no one in the waiting room and not a single new patient arriving one we got there. Seriously doesn’t make any sense. We have had blood drawn in a quarter of the time.

Waited 1.5 hrs for appt. Just to hear there was a scheduling mess up. All the time front desk showed no concern about this. Front desk just sitting there yaking away! How can these places charge us for appts if we r late but dont have the business ethics to keep us from waiting a long time for tge appt?
