We just had the pleasure of using Bedrock Foundation for some structural repairs. Every transaction with them starting from making an appointment was pleasant. They turned up on time, were thorough and cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend!!

Hate having to edit a review, but in this instance everyone needs to know how terrible this company is to their customers. Within a year of their work, the repairs are worse than they were prior to them touching my foundation. I gave them an opportunity to make it right, and did not get a response. The pictures are of their work (less than a year after). The pictures were also provided to them. They did not provide after pictures of their work as I had requested either.
We had a great experience with Bedrock Foundation getting beams replaced and our house leveled. The crew was extremely polite and hard-working, and the crew leader was very communicative and responsive to our requests and concerns (wearing masks/gloves/booties). The office staff was great to deal with as well, would recommend this company if you need foundation work done!
I have had the pleasure of using Bedrock Foundation on three personal occasions with my properties, and countless other times for my customers. My mom has even used them and that’s the highest compliment you can give in my opinion. Being a contractor, I have an understanding, and a high expectation of what to expect when work is being completed. Rather it’s being punctual, clean, on time, high quality, and most of all honesty. Bedrock checks all of these boxes time and time again. I have worked specifically with Dan Hill each time. After having a bad experience with another large foundation company here in Dallas during the sale of a rental property, and being taken advantage of, I’ll never look back. Not only have I, but each of my customers that I have referred Dan to, have ranted and raved about how honest and fair he was. The icing on the cake is you don’t get price gouged for this kind of service. I don’t leave hardly any reviews on google, but I feel they need to get the recognition they deserve. I would be very cautious of this company. They provided a bid on some foundation work recently. They recommended 13 piers while all the other companies recommended at least 25. We even had an independent engineer come out and we showed him the different bids. He said Bedrocks bid was \a joke\ and \would do nothing to help\. Id think twice before letting them do any work on your house.
