All I can say is wow! I have no idea how this business is still up and running. I placed my order online at 6:30pm. My order was to be ready between 745-8:00pm. I arrived at 720 and asked if my order was ready. She said she had no idea when it would be ready. Well at 745 I asked if she could check on my order again and she said \your order is next.\ 30 minutes later, I still had no food. I asked for my order again, she then stated \we dont have your order in our system and we dont do refunds.\ I was so confused I thought I was going crazy. She clearly told me my order was next however 30 minutes later she said she was sorry but she never received my order nor could she provide a refund. I told her something had to be done because I either needed my food or my refund. She then ignored me and walks to the kitchen and doesnt come back out. Horrible customer service. Multiple customers were complaining and nothing was being resolved. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

The Burgers are huge.Taste great.Prices are expensive but overall. Name speaks for itself.I would recommend people to try them out. Awesome.Cook is on point,fresh food. Customer Service is awesome.You can call in orders and they are delivered on time.. Great job.Go Best Burger
Pretty good selection of burgers and some other options. I’ve cream is Blue Bell so that’s always great. Only knock is the price for what you get, burgers not really on par with some other burger joints in the area even though they cost more than most , I recommend BEST BURGER
A top place for burgers. Do not leave if it's busy, it is worth it. Staff treated us so kindly. The place has a great feel to it. Mood here reminds me of Colorado Springs area.
Pretty good burger stop. Freshly made to order on the griddle, so you'll need to wait. Prices aren't dirt cheap, but you get a lot of food so it's a decent value. The chilli cheese fries take up their own plate!
