BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was excited to find a new state side merchant to patronize. I placed my order, and received it very quickly. I did notice a refund to my card for 2 bags that I ordered, that were not in stock, at the time of shipment. They didn't notify me, just proceeded to credit my card. Okay. I understand. Moving on, I recieved the order, and 1/2 the order was wrong, they replaced out of stock items with items not even similar. I ordered Concealed carry purses, and received regular purses. I do not sell regular purses. I wasn't notified that any of my order was out of stock. It was a surprise, but not a good one. After 3 days of reaching them, and being interrupted and hung up on, because 'they were busy and needed me to call back' they finally sent me a mailing label to ship the 3 bags back, claiming that once they were recieved they'd credit me. 1 week goes by, I never received a refund, a confirmation of refund, or that they even received my bags. I know they did, because I tracked it with my UPS tracking. I called, they said they had the bags, and they'd give me a store credit. I kindly said I wanted a refund, like you said you'd give. The girl was confused and didn't know how to respond. A few hours later I recieved a phone call, stating they'd credit me. I thanked them. A week passed. I have not seen a credit. I called and kindly asked if I had been credited, and to please send me a confirmation email of the credit issued to me. The man claimed he couldn't do that, or issue me any proof that they had sent credit and that now it's the banks problem. He was very sarcastic. Kept repeating over and over, call the bank, it's easy...Then proceeded to hang up. Sooo here we are...3 plus plus weeks after recieving my shipment, and I'm still awaiting a credit. I just don't understand conducting a business like this one has been conducted. Especially with a new buyer. It's really sad.

I experienced same as Ms. Cheryl Newbanks. It seems that they intentionally sent wrong items and refused to refund for them. I reported to PayPal, but Best Choice still didn't resolve it. The thing that I buy from them is worst choice.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I would never buy from them again! They made a 227 mistake on my order, sending me 6 bags that were not the style I ordered, and then would not send me an RMA label to ship back. They expected me to pay for shipping back to them and then they would send me the correct bags. RMA labels are the norm in our industry, they don't do that. Next, they didn't have half my order and replaced with other items I didn't ask for, and sent wallets that did't match. ALSO it took them 9 days to get my 1000 order to me from Texas to Arizona! It typically only takes 4 biz days to get an order that far. I buy from vendors on the same exact street as them all the time on Monday and have my order by Friday same week. I ordered on a Monday by Wednesday they had not accepted the money or picked the order yet! I had to call them to tell them to do this. This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen! \ufeffThey do not understand English very well, they do not understand customer service very well, and the whole order was just generally a pain from beginning to end!
