NOT RECOMMENDED - We utilized FRSTeam by Bibbentuckers due to a fire in our home in December of 2012 as they were recommended through our insurance company as a reputable source to care for our situation. They were very quick to respond and remove our items to be cleaned. During the course of receiving our items returned to us (periodically as needed and once we returned to our home) we found many items with odd staining (ex: as if a marker or pen had been washed with them, bleach, or an oil like substance) some that had not been cleaned at all, items that were damaged beyond repair yet we were charged for them to be cleaned and a lengthy list of items that were missing which were in their care/possession. While they have cared for some of these instances, others have gone unanswered and unresolved. We are still engaged in attempting to communicate with this company receiving no response to our inquiries even after contacting their corporate office. Research and do your homework before selecting a company to assist you during traumatic times.
