WOW....BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I saw Sonia (Solo) to see if she could fix the extensions that were terribly placed in my hair by another stylist. I was nervous and not too hopeful my expensive extensions could be saved, but silly me. I had no idea whose chair I was in; she's a Rockstar. Not only did she totally put me at ease, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and she ROCKED MY HAIR! It looks better than I ever even could've fathomed! She's AMAZING.....do yourself a favor and book an appointment today. She's got my business from now to forever haha, and trust when I say you'll feel the same! Thank you Sonia!!!
Super rude. Hung up on me during a zoom call just for misunderstanding something on the website. Update: I’m not denying that I made a mistake, but no need to act like like the stylist did. I didn’t even ask for help or waste more than two minutes of his time, I asked at the beginning of the appointment if I was understanding it correctly. The zoom consultation description states ‘if you do not live in Dallas, we ship nationwide and set up a follow up consultation to help show you how to wear and maintain your new hair’. Times are little tough during corona to truly understand what some businesses are doing and what others aren’t. Thanks for being understanding and patient during these crazy times!
The energy you feel as soon as you walk into this salon is amazing!! Everyone is SO kind and they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable . The prices are great, but the quality is even better. My hair has never looked better!
