We went through one of the worst events as a family recently. We were lost and not sure where to begin with the clean up process. I found BioTechs online and was blown away by all of the positive reviews. I called them and felt right at ease. Jesse and his wife, Kathy, came out within hours. Right from the start they were so kind and compassionate. This was not just a job to them. They treated us and the home with absolute respect and made the entire process so easy. They were there for us 24/7. They answered all calls and texts within minutes, and if they didn't know the answer they found it quickly. They had total respect for our family member's home and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend BioTechs to anyone looking for this type service. Thank you.
