Love this place... You can’t beat the price for what you get. A very nice, clean apartment, plus the bishop arts district is in your backyard. Love love the area and my apartment.

The perfect spot if you're looking for a comfortable, spacious, beautiful, quiet apartment just steps away from downtown Bishop Arts District. My 1 bedroom / 1 bath is roomy with epic views of downtown Dallas from the 4th floor. The neighbors are respectful and management is very quick to respond and address any issues. There's almost no reason to leave Bishop Arts when you have beautiful restaurants and bars just outside your front door. Paradiso's garden is the place to be on the weekends and nearby shops have everything you could need. Love the easy access to Black Swan Yoga just down the street. All in all, couldn't be happier at Bishop Flats!
Scheduled a tour for 1 PM. Waited outside for 20 minutes with no answer at their temporary leasing office and at the front; the door read they’d be back around 3 PM, so why not notify to let us know? Never got a callback or anything after leaving two voicemails, this should tell you how their management is, will not be leasing here or in the future, also don’t reply here having me call when i already tried and didn’t get a callback, you earned this one star!
Location is good. Management is nice. But, I never received my deposit back, even though they keep telling me that they sent it multiple times. Either they're not telling me something, or they're not telling me the truth when they say that they mailed me my deposit back. Also, they're using checks. We can grow ears on the back of mice. Update your system to use direct deposit and this problem would be lessened.
About 2 months deep into living here and it's about time I wrote something. From the application stage all the way to filing service requests, everything has been done so very promptly and professionally. Literally each time I filed a request to have something fixed, I step outside for a few hours and come back to find the documents signifying that the work has been done! Really got to hand it to the staff here; they are very friendly and will go out of their way to work things out with you.
