Pretty good when it comes to work orders, but wouldn't rent with them again. I had never had to pay for the whole month I wasn't living there plus utilities; other agencies in the past would just prorate the days of the last month I lived there and then the landlord took over until rented again. It's hard to have to pay rent/utilities for a home I'm not living in plus the new one (and deposits).

My air conditioning went out Sunday, it is now Wednesday in Dallas, in the SUMMER heat. Humidity is at 80%- I have a small child. It has been 89-100 degrees outside. The inside of the apt has been 79-80 at night and 85-95 during the day still nothing. They are refusing to help us. They are failing to provide updates unless I call and ask, they have said they need to order a part but won’t advise what part they need as I can easily obtain the part needed to fix my AC. They wont return calls. They told me that it’s not an emergency because at night it’s only 78 outside so doesn’t constitute as an emergency.
