The place is nice, the ladies are nice as well. Everyone is very nice and the online reservation system worked flawlessly. No problem there. The price is a little steep. Then there is the quality of the service. I’m my opinion that’s where the majority of the of weight of the review lies. You can see in the picture posted the job their barber Ursula did on my beard yesterday. Again she was VERY nice, but you don’t go to a barber for a nice chat. I would have seen this at the salon, but they have very dimmed lighting as well so I couldn't tell my beard was massacred like this. I was considering the yearly membership, but after this job, I am not returning. Is a shame because limitless haircuts sounds good...but if this I how they are going to trim my beard the obviously is no worth it.

Love love love it there it was mine and my family’s first time going and we are the type of people that like to stick to our neck of the woods but we were desperate and needed a high end place and experience for my youngest sons hair because he has beautiful long hair well I wish I could remember the name of the stylist she did an amazing job for his first hair cut dad was in love on how it came out we are definitely going back this will be his spot for his haircuts P.s. love how the salon takes it’s precautions on the safety of their clients they asked us very politely to wash our hands and to have a seat. they even asked if we would like something to drink. Very loving and welcoming staff.️️

Pretty good haircut, they serve you a beer and have some extras that make it a gentleman’s trip for pampering. The decor is a little fake but it’s a cool concept and it’s easy in and out.

I am new to the Dallas area and am so glad to have found The Boardroom Uptown, more importantly that I got Cassie as my stylist. Let’s start with the professionalism of the staff and the impeccable appearance of the shop with its leather chairs, tv’s and complimentary water/soda while you wait. Let’s move on to the quality of the staff. I’m sure all of the stylists are amazing but I was lucky to have been paired up with Cassie from day 1. I couldn’t be happier, Cassie’s professionalism and quality of each haircut is amazing. She takes her time and you never feel rushed. Her personality and attitude is so upbeat and positive that you leave there a better person than when you arrived. Getting a haircut is now something I look forward to each and every week, I cannot say enough about the quality of the location and service provided. Not only will I continue to be a loyal customer but I am a fan and tell everyone I know about your services. Kudos to the entire team, most especially Cassie...
