I want to say thank you to everyone involved in the purchase of my new Palisade Calligraphy. I started this journey looking at the new Genesis GV80. Doing more research, the Palisade was just a better fit. No kids, no pets, just haul a small trailer with an awesome off road ATV! And the extra cargo room is a total plus! Thank you Julian for all the communication via email, text, and phone calls. My exact vehicle was not available at time of purchase, and the distance from my house and work hours made it impossible for me to pick up my new Calligraphy. Bob Stallings gave me a loaner until my new vehicle arrived, and my Jewel sales person, Julian delivered my new vehicle to my door step! Just bought our 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Andrew D! Highly recommend this sales consultant specifically. Was great from the first conversation over the phone to the explanation of our new ride upon completion of the sale. Also, a shout out to Miguel in finance for an unusually positive experience with the finance man! I usually dread this portion of car buying, but he made it both transparent and efficient. We had the best car buying experience with Bob Stallings Hyundai. Our agent was MIKE KURUTZ JR. Mike was really welcoming from the start!! He took time understand our needs and what we were looking for. Very helpful throughout the process, explained all the features of our new car, unlike other dealerships, did not rush us into making a decision. The whole experience from start to possession of our car was very smooth and satisfying and we love our new Palisade.
Andrew and Ward are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Before I even arrived I reached out to the dealership and told them my situation. As soon as I arrived Ward informed me he had a car in mind and while I test drive it he would get the paperwork started. Andrew made sure the process was seamless and done in a timely matter. What I thought would be an all day process was at most a couple of hours. I’m beyond happy with my new purchase and the service I received. Thank you guys so much.
