Have leased here now for over a year and the overall property experience has not been good. We currently do not have ac and its been on and off for about five weeks. It very uncomfortable and inconvenient to work and serve your clients. I also experienced the outage last summer as well. I think the owners only care about you making the rent payments on time.

Boxer is very responsive to maintenance calls and upkeep on the building. Our building manager, Paul Mouring, was especially helpful and was great assistance during our two moves within the building. We are sorry to see him move on to a different property. Good luck, Paul!
Kinda hard to get in and out of
I was very impressed with Paul’s friendly demeanor, and professionalism He works efficiently, and is hard-working, which really shows. The office vibe is very pleasant and the other associates are very friendly and helpful as well. Thanks again Paul Mouring and his team for doing a great job
