We recently moved into our new office located on 1910 Pacific Avenue, Cynthia York who is the property manager works very diligently to complete all the task at hand. She along with the maintenance department made this move smoothly and painlessly as possible. Cynthia and her team went well over and beyond our expectations when dealing with any problems that occurred during this transition. We highly recommend anyone that is looking for an office downtown to give her a call.
Moved into our Boxer Property suite last week and have been very pleased with the process and building. Brandon has answered every single question and concern quickly and with eloquence. Would recommend the space, staff and location. Definitely worth a look if you are considering some new office space in the heart of Downtown Dallas!

Love the building and the staff. Right in the heart of downtown. Our original leasing agent was Brandon and he was great! Security and maintenance are also really nice and welcoming. Warning about the \Workstyle Floors\ though - the wifi has been a constant issue for us the last year and half we've been in this space (we've reported it multiple times). Speed is very slow and sometimes the connection drops. If your business depends on a stable internet connection, factor in the expense of setting up your own internet service.
