After being scammed by Gradshop.com, I was forced to conduct a frantic search for a real company that could come through at the last at the last minute. Thank goodness for the cap and gown store with a real storefront and real Texans that are focused on customer service. They were super responsive on the phone and I had my order hand delivered to me on their dock within 5 minutes of calling. Phenomenal customer service and a wonderful attitude from the sales staff.
