My husband and I were able to get in for rapid COVID test with a same day appointment on NYE. We logged in online to request an appointment at 8am, we were called at 9am to complete the paperwork online, and were called to the office by 10am. Their staff was incredibly nice and very efficient. No big line and socially distant waiting area. We waited 10 minutes to be called into the room. Waited less than 5 minutes for nurse to come in and administer the test. The test was really fast, results came back in 5 minutes. NOTE: Rapid tests are only given at doctor's discretion. After some of the crazy reviews I've read about experiences at other clinics, I'm very happy we decided to visit CareNow Lakewood. We will certainly return for future needs, highly recommended!

Short staffed and takes forever. Worst medical facility I ever been.
Incredible experience - can’t recommend this clinic enough! Easy, short wait time and incredible attention to each patient. Very grateful I live close by as I had to rush in this morning due to a piece of fiberglass stuck in my toe. The Dr. removed it quickly and effortlessly. He made my day with his fabulous bedside manner and care. I hope I don’t have to return, but if I do, I’ll come here :)
Great experience, web check on for after 9am, they called me at 730am said to come in at 8. Quick paperwork then seen within minutes. Dr. was great! Took time to talk to me, no rush. Over all great experience I would say!
Was seen quickly for my COVID exam and everyone was very kind.
