Great experience, this is the second time I've come to this facility. Everybody was personable I got my issue resolved. The doctor and the staff were great ....would definitely recommend them.

My visit here was very quick. I checked in online, got a call to say they were ready for me to come in, and I was in the waiting room within an hour and a half of checking in. I was called back faster than I could finish the paperwork. And the best part, the PA was very attentive and accommodating to what I needed. Everyone was friendly.
The team at this location was amazing! Kion was very patient with helping me make the appointment and was very warm when I entered the facility. Nurse Vivian was very professional and thorough with administering care. Michael (the PA) was a joy to be around and made sure I received the best care. I would definitely recommend this location.
This place was terrible! I called asking how much it would cost to do out of pocket, he said 160. Then he said my insurance would give it a discount so it would be cheaper, around 100. I agree. I wait forever, totally fine with that. Just happy to get into the doctor. Then someone comes in ( before any nurse). No idea who he is. Doesn’t introduce himself. Asks me two questions about how I’m feeling. Writes antibiotics and then leaves. No clear next steps. Finally the nurse comes in 20 mins later and takes me temp and everything, telling me the provider will be in soon. Not realizing he had already been there. They discharge me without every doing a test for strep? The kicker? He tells me my total will be 334......paying with insurance and after my “discount”. What a hoax. The cherry on top: they sent my medication to. the wrong pharmacy. Only just spent 15 minutes on hold trying to change it. Will not return here.
My nurse Atare was very helpful and down to earth made me feel welcome when she brought me in for vitals and When I saw the PA Micheal he helped me get in and out. I felt very well taken care of here, will definitely be coming back now that I know they take my insurance (Molina market)
