This isn’t a place I would recommend working. The CEO is very rude to black employees. They lie on you after speaking disrespectfully to you. The CEO lied on me to my supervisor and she lied in her write up. The man was rude to me and had an attitude with me, but lied and said things were the other way around. They are not Godly, but using God for their own personal gain. God will deal with them though. Not a good place to work. They nice upon hiring, but once you being working their true colors show.

The care given my Mom at CC Young is a WONDERFUL BLESSING! She has spent time at The Cove (memory care), Lawther Point West (rehab), and mostly Lawther Point East (Health Center). The nurses, doctors, techs, housekeeping, and food service all work very well together. They all seem called to serve those with great needs and love them well. Mom loves the food, the care, and the activities. I am so thankful that we chose CC Young 5 years ago!
Elisa Kodros, director at human resources, is very rude and unprofessional in her manner of dealing with a situation. I spoke with her needing help with a situation and seemed almost mocking with her manner of how I mistakenly used a word. If you are a worker and/or future resident, please note that on this first impression she was very rude and obviously has no customer service experience. I will be contacting someone at CC Young higher up to not only deal with a worker's improper treatment at work, but also to discuss Elisa Kodros.
