This is the worst company I’ve dealt with in a long time.. i’ve had no service for two days I had an appointment the tech never showed up now they want to reschedule me because they said they called me in which they have not because I’ve been here all day waiting just to have 10 other people on the phone tell me that they will come out by 7:30 which is now 8 o’clock still no show and now want to reschedule me you’ll have no problem taking my money when it’s due and you expect it on time I expect the same from you get your stuff fixed... If you are a new customer yall answer the phone if you have a continuing customer you don’t want to answer or help in anyway.... time to disconnect

scammers and ripoffs Of a telecommunications company. Pay for 10mb service and get 1 maybe. It’s just out right daylight robbery. Don’t know how they stay in business
