Deb and all the folks at Chair care Patio have always been great. They replaced the sling on one of my chaise lounges. Around 9 months after a hot summer it ripped in one spot. Because they warranty their work for one year, they replaced the sling, no questions asked within a few days. We are very fortunate to have these guys in the Dallas area. They are the only place I know if that does sling replacement, custom pad and curtain sewing at a serious level. Further, these guys are doing work for patio furniture sellers and companies all over the country. People need to realize when you bring them something in the middle of the summer, there’s going to be a wait. These guys are in high demand and swamped. You really need to plan your patio needs in the fall and winter months so you have it when you want it.

We will see how it goes. I ordered replacement cloth for two chairs on june 3rd. Still have not gotten the product. Called today but had to leave a message. I can always change review when or if I get the product. I do understand the Covid may have pushed it back a lilltle.
I ordered 6 slings to refurbish patio chairs that were in dire need of a new look. This company’s communication was great helping me order the right size. It took me awhile to get around to finishing everything but it was so worth it and now my patio furniture looks new!! My project required a spreader, which the company offers for rent, but I found a similar tool (spreader/clamp combo) that was only about 25 at Lowe’s and I’ll be able to use it for other projects too. The videos on the website were instrumental in helping me finish my project and saved me thousands of dollars. The slings cost me around 325 and a brand new set would have been 3000. Thank you!!
We just placed an order today. We loved this place. Laid back and the selection of outdoor fabrics is amazing! Pricing seems a lot, but I priced around and this is normal. They even showed me in-house fabric for an entry price but better quality which saved me money and allow for me to buy a couple of decorative pillows to go with it. Worth the drive and the warehouse is clean. Especially for a warehouse!
Really brutal customer service. Emailed Jennifer Ray and was completely ignored for weeks. She told me their website was down and that they could send me fabric samples in the mail. I requested some, no photos were sent, I had to call back to be told by a grumpy Jennifer that the website was back up so I could go on it. I’d been given their phone number by sunbrella so I didn’t even have the website- nor did she provide it. And that pretty much encapsulates the effort put into their customer service. When I finally said as much to Jennifer she rudely told me to go somewhere else. And I quote “you should just call somewhere else and have them come and measure your furniture because you are going to need something really specific” this afternoon I’d sent photos and detailed measurements of our existing furniture and she’s given me a quote. I’m not usually into writing bad reviews but I was really stunned by how rude and unprofessional she was. Total waste of time.
