As someone who had years of experience and comfort in restaurant management, I had some concern making such a serious career shift during the COVID pandemic. However, I was pleasantly relieved in my experience. Working here has shown me how valuable teamwork is and also provided me with a sense of great accomplishment and satisfaction in being recognized for my hard work and successes on a regular basis. Pros: - Great environment for learning. - Supportive training for working toward personal and professional goals. - Positive vibe. - Wonderful Networking Opportunities. - Business Trips. - Hard work mixed with fun. Cons: - Limited Parking - Daily Commute

I love this company. The first thing I noticed was everyone was smiling, there was upbeat music playing and a ping pong table. I found out that everyone was smiling because we really enjoy our job and what we are doing. We have the chance to get paid to help and promote charities. Which I couldn't have asked for a better place. But the team is fun, and driven. We play sand volleyball and soccer after work. But the team is always willing to help and even if I feel like I've failed, people have been encouraging and motivating to help me to become better.

Don't be confused, this a DIRECT MARKETING COMPANY. This means they are hired as a third party to \market\ through sales tactics in 5 different areas/mannerisms; retailers, tabling, business to business, events and residential. Companies like these are deceiving and if you have any sort of college degree, you are probably overqualified. To paint the picture; I had an internship with this style of \marketing\ and in May there were 25 plus employees. By the end of August? Four. HIGH TURNOVER. No wonder they hire all year long and basically anything that walks.

I’ve been working here for a few months and absolutely love it! Everyone is completely transparent with the job, upward mobility, compensation, etc. I’ve never had to question what I’m doing or how I’m getting paid. If you’re dedicated to hard work and willing to learn then it’s a great opportunity. I’ve worked in Corporate America and this is nothing like it. It’s a fun environment where everyone loves their job and always willing to help someone else grow. Can’t recommend it enough! Take time to understand the business model because once you do you’ll recognize what a huge opportunity this is! 10/10

The first thing I noticed when walking in was the music, the energy, and everyone was smiling and said Hello, to me. After 3 different interviews I got hired and and at times it seams like there is just a lot going on and there are people everywhere. After being here a month I enjoy the fact there is a lot going on, and always someone willing to help. The chaos helps us all stay focused. I've learned a lot and am excited to keep learning and growing in the company. I'd give it 5 starts but I've only been with the company a month so far.
