Only open two days a week. We went at 1 pm and met a warehouse worker whose was kind enough to help us reach the manager who was off site. He told us to come back the next day. Are you serious! For someone who caters to chefs the only time we have to buy necessary supplies is limited. He obviously doesn’t want to be in business for long...I will be taking my order elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Absolutely LOVE the inventory they carry and provide for chefs. Only problem is the inconsistent hours. Came by on a Friday at 145ish to find the store not opened. Total bummer considering they're only opened 2 days a week. Please update the hours of operation.

My serious foodie/serious cook wife wanted a proper chefs coat for Christmas. Taking advice from a well-known executive chef, I called Chef Uniforms of Dallas. They are a trade-only-by-appointment uniform supplier for many local restaurants. The 'trade-only' restriction wasn't the slightest problem; Leonard answered my call and we made an appointment for my wife and I to visit. We learned an enormous amount including the fact that nearly all chef jackets are designed for male physiques - including those labelled Women's Chef Coats! Leonard recommended a specific brand of coat for my curvy wife, and it fit beautifully. We bought it, of course, after personalizing it with her name and \title\ embroidered on using a font that Leonard customized just for us. We're both really pleased with the result!
