Edit: After speaking with Paula at Children’s, I was informed there are changes and the ability to extend payments. In hindsight, I probably should have pushed harder for more information, but I do appreciate the research and time taken to find me and reach out to me. I was really taken by surprise when I received the phone call and I can’t tell you the relief I felt afterwards. Thank you again and I take back what I wrote below. Thank you. The hospital was fine. It’s the billing and the lack of options to make a payment. Not everyone can afford an extra 260.00 a month. Now I get the pleasure of getting a second job and seeing my family even less because, heaven forbid they let someone pay longer than 12 months. Double the Dallas average for a CT scan, over 2000, and over 2000 for 4 hours in the ER. For a “Non-profit” and a community that doesn’t have many options for children’s care, you really stick it to us. I pray we never have to go there again. I’ll probably have to take out a second mortgage.

Please go some where else, they put a Ng tube,to my dauther and after that start having a lot of problems, she was in to much pain after the bad nurse place the tube so rude, the whole night,we record when I told the nurse about it,and she scream to me,than if I dont like the service why I stay there,in was just mading a simple question because my dauther was in to much pain, she said that was normal after a Nasal feeding tube, and my dauther dont really need it,they made me stay there for almost 2 weeks for that problem.I feel so bad for my dauther. The supervisor was just worry for the video than I have, they won't me to put the video in social media.

Boxing day, kid is down with severe flu... went to this ER first time, very Impressed. Came 6 pm and left at 9 pm. All the staff is wonderful... smiling and helpful. I am very grateful to all of them for making our visit less stressful and long. Everything was done timely and we could not praise the staff enough. Every STAR fully Deserved!!

I went for a check-up on Pain Management earlier today, everybody was amazing. Great support system, they made me feel very comfortable with them. I remember a few of their names so HUGE shout out to Psychologist: Samantha Jeffree (i think) ; Pain Management Dr: Dr.Walsh ; PT was very great i can't remember her name ; Dr.Spain ; And Spanish Translator: Ms.Omega. They were so kind with me and my dad, they are great funny people. Waiting time wasn't bad, everything was great

Nothing medical. Found listing on free things to do in Dallas. The thing they don't tell you is you pay for parking EVERYWHERE. We went for the train exhibit. Cool, cool. Take your ID, you don't get past the front desk without it.
