Very tasty and healthy food. Big portion sizes. Will be back soon for sure. Margarita and beer are available here for purchase too, which is quite unusual for a fast food chain, and it's nice to have this option. Love this place! One of my top favorites dinning places for sure-)

Clearly under new management because the new staff is horrible!!. This use to be my favorite location until tonight! I asked for salsa to go with my chips and was told by two different workers that they ran out *with nasty attitudes*. I asked to speak to the manager because it was still early. As soon as he walks up to me, out comes the salsa that both claimed they weren't going to have for the rest of the evening. What was the purpose of being rude? Why couldn't I have gotten it without speaking to the manager? Then on top of that, something was wrong with their system and it initially only charged me a partial amount. I then had to re chip for the rest of the transaction to go through, but the rude cashier is acting like she's doing me a favor as if I'm broke or something! This experience was dismaying and disgusting. This location is going to really miss that old manager and staff, they were such sweet people. I will NOT be patronizing this location again!
I ate at this location having lunch with a friend and I was very upset about the service I received while my food was being prepared. The first young lady that I spoke with to prepare my food was very rude when speaking to me and she gave me less food than she had given previous customers who food I watched her prepare. Then, when I asked for extra meat she gave me no more than two chunks of chicken meat. I would have paid for the extra meat if that was her issue, but she was so rude that I paid it no mind and made a mental note to post a review. I think she will be easily identified because she was honestly the only rude person on the shift. Everyone else was bubbly and nice. I hope that you guys don't allow one bad apple spoil the bunch and not have her customers first point of contact because she is not the typical chipotle employee that I am used to. I eat chipotle often and this is the first time I've been upset while dining.
I love the chipotle chips, but i know they can do better. I can literally count the amount of chips I received in my bag today. Im So disappointed. If I’m going to pay for a full bag of chips, I definitely expect an entire portion of chips. I ordered 2 bags since I was buying dinner for my family, and this was not nearly enough for everyone. It typically is.
I live by this restaurant so used to like to go often but will probably stop. Staff isn’t the friendliest. Also they prioritize mobile or food delivery orders over people IN PERSON WAITING. It’s annoying when they are preparing 5-8 orders for people that aren’t there waiting and bypass people in the store. Those orders need to be handled second to people in restaurant
