I'll tell you what, I'm scheduled for surgery there, and I just came to check out the ratings. OMG, I have never seen ratings this low or this bad. I'm literally scared to death at this point and seriously worried about these ratings. I can't imagine anyone giving such horrible reviews without good reason. I don't know what to do at this point!

Please do not go to this emergency room unless you have three to five hours to sit around and wait for a urine test to come back and to take an x-ray when you have the flu. I must admit the nurse practitioner was really good just overwhelmed. the check-in people have very lackluster, distant, borderline rude attitudes and their phones or more important than whatever issue you have. You are just another person- there is no compassion at all. I was given misinformation buy a nurse which is scary and unfortunate because when you are sick it is hard to do much of anything try and get better. Today the young lady that took my help background and blood pressure was extremely rude. Her attitude and work ethic mimic many others in the place which was very drained and dry. no one seemed in a rush and people just sat waiting .Maybe they're all sick with the flu too

Actual emergency room visit was through and while the wait time and service was nothing less than average, two years later I’m being sent to collections because one of their providers never billed for a service. Two years later and now you remember to bill? We have great insurance and are a military family so it’s a little frustrating that even then making sure we are covered by medical prior to going in, because of a lack of system we are now having to deal with tons of paperwork and claims departments who are unwilling to help.

We had a good doctor and caring and friendly nurses and technicians. We were seen quickly. I guess the front desk staff is not required to wear a mask?! Other than that a good experience.

The one star is because the hospital was relatively clean. There is fortune in that this was an ER visit in that there is no long term commitment to this facility. It took 3 hours to get in a room. There were exactly THREE patients in the E R at that time. It was my will to leave and go elsewhere but my wife was the patient and prefered to just wait it out.
