Why has the City built a brand new traffic circle (which took nearly a year to complete) on Keller Springs (75248) to allow traffic flow with Preston Road, then BLOCK part of the circle. Makes no sense. The circle should have allowed northbound Preston traffic to exit, then connect to Northbound Keller Spring. But concrete barriers were placed there today preventing this. WHY.

A 3 ft wide hole developed in the middle of my street. When I say hole, I mean the kind that someone could have a serious accident. I called the number listed under street services. I was transferred 4 times and then sent to voicemail where I didn't get a call back. I see a lot of \ I don't give a damn about what happens to the citizens driving our streets
