Everyone was so friendly and extremely professional. The nurse practitioner I saw was extremely helpful and answered all my question patiently. I had an appointment but it still took a while for me to be called in but that’s understandable seeing as we just had the snowpocalypse this week. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Just couldn't stomach the brassy, rude and flatline personalities. I most certainly will NOT tolerate a \doctor\ rolling their eyes at my response when asking about my medical history. You seem young, perhaps you'll learn bedside manner. I'm bankable business to whom will never have any business dealings with Urgent Care Facility. Oh yes, it's business. Big business.! Peace ️
On line I found they had the test I needed so I made my appointment on line, was welcomed by the staff, the PA was thorough in her explanation and listened to and answered my concerns. The office was clean with plenty of available hand sanitizer. I was in and out quickly.
The times I have gone to CityDoc I have been pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the place. I have never had to wait long. The staff are pleasant and polite. On my recent visit to get a Rapid-Covid Test, one of the doctors came in to speak to me whilst my test was being processed. I was very surprised by the friendliness of his demeanor and his excellent bedside manner that put me at ease. I believe his name was Dr Gordon Aaland. Knowing that health professionals are currently stretched and undoubtedly stressed this was a pleasant surprise. I give kudos to Dr Aaland and the team at CityDoc Uptown for their professionalism and efficiency.
From the time I arrived until my discharge, the staff was amazing but I’d like to give a special acknowledgement to Justin B. His kindness and welcoming personality definitely made my visit a pleasant one. Thank you Justin B you’re worth more than FIVE STARS in my book!!!!!
