So I've had Clio for about a year now. The coffee is fantastic, but what is not fantastic is the customer service. They will not answer your email when you hit "contact us" and my recent deliveries have "Best By Dates" that are already expired before they get to my house. A simple response to my email probably would've not resulted in a poor review, but here we are. So I've suspended my account and will go to Nespresso, I guess. Too bad, because I do like that they're local.

I purchased a Clio machine for my partner as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the water reservoir arrived cracked, but I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement. The coffee is great, would absolutely recommend.
I bought the Clio brewer at Christmas and in March it would not brew Americano coffee I emailed customer service and received a call from Eddie from Clio upon his instructions we tried to remedy problem but it did not work.He told me to return the brewer with their printed postage and he would send me a NEW brewer which he did,the whole process only took a few days.Thank you Eddie back to having a Great cup of coffee
I am about to throw my Clio Coffee maker in the trash. I lost the green pod that is necessary to use the machine. I have sent 2 emails to Customer Service without a response.
I have tried to contact Clio for three days now with no return. I just noticed that someone else is dealing with my other problems. I did not receive the plastic piece to clean machine and now the machine only works when it feels like it.
great price, easy to use and most of all amazing results: cafe house style coffee at home that beats the franchisers with their coffee shop chains. Real Italian style coffee flavor at home. Only suggestion: keep your different flavors separated; once out of the box they have all the same orange dot on top, no way to tell em apart (maybe CLIO catches this and marks them differently). BUT IF YOU LIKE COFFEE THEN CLIO IS THE WAY TO GO
This is, hands down, the best single serve pod system coffee maker that my family and I have ever owned. Much much better than the Nespresso Vertuo in that the coffee tastes better and comes out much hotter. The coffee truly tastes like the kind that you would get in a coffee house. Highest recommendation.
