The facility was clean. Ladies at front counter were pleasant and although they were extremely busy they were patient and helpful. The technician who performed my drug test was extremely friendly and made the experience almost pleasant.
Hello, I give my experience with the clinic three stars. Due to a clerk having a non-professional attitude with me because I forgot to grab my mask before I entered the building. I understand and am fully aware of the coronavirus situation. However, there’s no excuse for a person to be strictly unprofessional especially, when the clinic has masks to spare just in case someone either doesn’t have one or forgets to grab one. Throughout all of 2020, they were only three times that I forgot to wear my mask. The first two gave me a reminder about it and I ended up getting one immediately to put one on. While the third company which is your clinic did give me a mask which was very appreciated but, another clerk still decided to give me a hard time due to the fact that I didn’t come in to the building with one already on. Other than that the lady who gave me the drug and alcohol test was very professional and the lady who presented me a mask was also professional. I’m not sure who the third lady‘s name was that gave me a hard time and non-professional attitude but I hope she doesn’t do that to the wrong person. Yes masks are required at most of the stores but just because someone forgets their mask doesn’t give you the right to immediately act stupid with that person. Please remember, nobody is perfect.
