Greeted warmly by Tara! Kathryn performed my hearing test. She was soooo thorough and explained my levels of hearing loss with great compassion! I recommend this location of connect hearing in Dallas above and beyond!!!
Staff was very accommodating to the fact that I forgot to bring my hearing aids with me to the exam. They did the hearing test when I arrived, and scheduled the hearing aid for another day.

My wife recently saw Dr. Bishop for a routine checkup for her hearing aids. Dr. Bishop asked if she was having any hearing issues and my wife told her that it was getting increasingly difficult to comfortably hear in noisy restaurants - the background noise actually caused pain. Without the aids, I would have to almost yell for her to hear me. We had to quit going to our favorite restaurant because the acoustics are not good and it really is loud. Dr. Bishop suggested my wife try the Roger Select system and demonstrated it to her in the office. My wife was so impressed that she purchased it that day! We have used the new Roger Select system in both group settings and with the just the two of us in several noisy places and it has been awesome! Thanks Dr. Bishop! We can now enjoy our favorite restaurant again! PS I found a new use for the custom hunting ear plugs you made for me a couple of years ago. I used them to block the sound of the ram set I was using to set nails in a concrete block wall. The ram set is essentially a 22 rifle. Thanks again!
