I definitely, want to give them NO STAR if possible. The male staff who working for passport was RUDE. I mean, extremely rude. How come that kind of person could working at there, the place where operating by KOREAN GOVERNMENT? I couldn't understand what he's talking about because he was speaking like he doesn't want to work at there. I had to ask him 2-3 times to make it clear that I heard from him. I felt like he was my boss when I was there. They have to work for people whose from South Korea. I read the other reviews and they had same issue with that person, the man who working at passport department. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL for CONSULAR OFFICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA. You guys have to ashamed of yourself.

I went there for renew my passport and the guy was very rude and disrespectful. I wish he could get fired. I wonder how he got his job at Consular office. He has a shockingly unprofessional behavior. I' ll call the consulate to see if they are reading the comments on google reviews. They have to dismiss the male staff.

Mediocre quality of service. It’s not bad nor good. All depends on case by case. I’ve been there for years and they are good and kind relatively in general but not all the time. Don’t forget they work for the government but I haven’t felt deserved as proud of Korean well. It means they still have habits bureaucratically. Notice: office renovation is on-going!

I do not have high expectations for government agencies when it comes to customer service. But, the staff working for passport was WAY TOO RUDE. I wonder why he doesn't use his microphone in front of him and just murmuring all the time. Just one small example.
