Dr. Rai and his staff are the best. I researched everyday for months and guess what name continued to come up as THE top doctor for explant? Dr. Rai—top notch, brilliant, kind, HONEST, genuine and his entire staff goes above and beyond. I had 20 year old trans-umbilically placed implants, above the muscle with capsular contracture, large implants and little natural tissue remained. My results are unbelievable and beautiful. I’m 40 and my chest looks 25! My results are because Dr. Rai is talented and over delivers! When you call for an appointment, there is a reason there is a wait to get in. He is number 1. He is worth the wait. Everyone working at this office is genuine and caring. It was worth every penny and more! I also love the fact that Dr. Rai isn’t a salesman of cosmetic surgery. He is a true scientist, and that makes him standout amongst all the rest.

He is extremely professional, very skilled in surgery, and an overall incredible human being. Two months ago, I had my breast implants removed along with a lift and nipple reduction. I LOVE the results, which far exceeded my already high expectations. Surgical Skills: Dr. Rai is very skilled! I experienced very little pain after surgery due to his surgical techniques and care. After two months, I had very little scarring as the incision were done beautifully. I had a very easy time healing. Patient Care and Bedside Manner: Dr. Rai listened to my surgery goals and came up with clear solutions. He was very honest about the potential outcomes and did not over sell the surgery. He let me know that it was a possibility that I could experience some deformation. On multiple occasions, he took time to listen to and answer my questions in a nonjudgemental and thorough manner. The day of the surgery Dr Rai spoke to my husband and me again to make sure we were comfortable. I can honestly say that I was having a lot of fun with Dr. Rai and his staff as I went into surgery as we were all laughing and talking. They were all so kind. After the surgery, Dr. Rai called my husband and me multiple times over two days to make sure that I was doing well. While Dr. Rai is very successful and highly sought after, he works hard to make sure each patient feels important and not like they are just a number. The Office Staff: It is very clear that the staff enjoy their jobs and want to be there. Every person I interacted with was professional, positive, caring, and knowledgeable. Everything was seamless from the moment I scheduled my consult to my follow up appointment. I am so grateful for Dr. Rai and his staff... I would use him again without hesitation and feel so lucky to have him as my plastic surgeon. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Rai.
