BEWARE! Waste of time and money Cancelled screenings for bad weather and didn't keep the order of original screenings. This company needs to get an online appointments for participants to schedule their own appointment. If this company wants to know why they have studies without enough participants it's because of recruiting and the facility. Recruiters are lazy. They don't want to give information about the study or check if appointments are available. They've given me so much attitude for asking for info or to check for appointments. They also stop answering the phones at 1pm even though they're supposed to take them until 5pm. Recruiting is a sloppy. The facility is sloppy. They will waste money and time! They dupe participants with misinformation and WITHHOLDING information. This is the ONLY facility that the recruitment will tell you they don't have the information and you will need to go to the screening to find out or given inaccurate information. Repeatedly been misled to believe that their was only ONE study drug being dosed then go to the screening and find out it's actually TWO or THREE medications being taken. Lesson learned and started asking recruitment how many medications and they would say they didn't know what they were for or what they did and would have to go to screening to find out... WHAT? This is unethical and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Also like many have stated, they will call you the NIGHT BEFORE CHECK IN.

Went for a screening, the whole visit went well lots of beautiful faces there. The screening went like they said about 2 hrs. Bring a jacket it gets pretty nippy in there. They offer snacks after drawing blood. The visit went well I hope I get chosen for the study lol.
*WARNING* I was screamed and cussed at because I forgot I had nyquil in my bag from a previous trip. They banned me from ever doing a study again not because I forgot I had nyquil but because the employee SCREAMING at me turned around and lied on me saying that I was bragging... vary unprofessional and I do not recommend especially if you are traveling from another state. Also they have been requesting an extra person in case someone backs out but if everyone shows up then you are at risk being sent home with no pay. That happened to 3 ppl while I was in there. PROCEED WITH CAUTION
This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. They will waste so much of your time. It's not worth it. Even if they were paying100k / study. Good luck seeing any of that money and have fun jumping through hoops trying to earn it. They will just use you to get rich.
Will not pay you in the time frame given. They give you a 21 day lead after the study completion to even ask a question about the money. Even AFTER the money is promised to be released on a certain day. I ask the coordinator regarding it and she gave me no response, as if it wasn’t her problem. Very very unprofessional and I won’t be coming here anymore.
