Great experience as always. This is our second car from Cowboy Toyota. Walt Parker was an awesome salesman. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and that we were comfortable with everything before even purchasing the car. They didn’t have the car there but Walt made sure we got the car the same day(a few hours later). During the entire process from start to finish Walt made sure we were comfortable and even checked on us while waiting for the car to arrive. I highly recommend Walt Parker at Cowboy Toyota! One note. I loved that everyone was attentive at cowboy Toyota no matter what your race or age is. Both of our trips to Cowboy Toyota were great! They treat everyone like family. Thank you Cowboy Toyota and Walt Parker for making our trip easy and stress free!!

Based on my friend's advise, I went to COWBOY TOYOTA, Dallas with my friends to purchase Toyota Camry SE Hybrid 2020 Model. We were greeted well by DJ (David Jones - Sales Rep) and he explained well about all the features of the model and DJ gave me the car key for a Test Drive and it was a great experience. After coming back DJ introduced me to Josh Stevens - Manager. Josh helped me to get all available discounts and helped to finalize the deal. Both Josh and DJ were practical and gave me a very satisfying quote and finally Gabriel - Fin Mgr at the dealership quickly explained about loan and repayment options. He just took 10 mins to complete the paper work. Total Process took around 2 hours and 30 minutes and finally came back with The Best Hybrid Sedan of America from Cowboy Toyota. Thank you for the best service provided by DJ and Josh and expect Cowboy Toyota to continue their best work. I Would Highly Recommend People to meet DJ and Cowboy Toyota for the best deal and best car.

My previous experiences elsewhere have been once the sales person closes the deal, they no longer pay you any attention. Liane went out of her way to make me feel welcomed when she saw me in service. Shelley could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make me feel valued and to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service I received. There is a Toyota dealer closer to where I live, but I plan to have my car serviced at Cowboy Toyota because of how they treat their customers.
