I waited for 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and then turns out they don't carry the electrical switch I was there to pick up. If you'd acknowledge the client and see what they want first to see if you carry it, that would've been helpful and saved me 20 minutes of wasted time. Or at least say \We'll be with you soon
