Great experience!!! Crosstown engineering inspected our home before we purchased it. The inspector, Marc and Adam did a very thorough job from the foundation up. They were very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the home. Tiffany in the office was a pleasure to deal with as well. We will definitely be referring our family and friends! Crosstown staff were very friendly and did a great job at make us feel comfortable. The house is only a few years old and cracks were showing up in the walls and so we were very upset! Lee was able to inspect the foundation and explain that it was only settlement of the foundation and that no repairs were needed at this time.
Lee gave an excellent analysis of upcoming foundation work for my Lewisville home. He was very congenial and took the time to address my concerns. Lee showed me both exterior and interior areas that were the worst conditions. Lee explained that I would likely have some minor flooring issues after the foundation work, but it should not be extensive. Lee was very punctual and arrived 20 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment. I absolutely recommend Lee and Crosstown Engineering.
While under contract on one of my listings, we received a foundation report that stated the house needed extensive work done. After getting a second opinion and were told the foundation was fine, we called Crosstown. We were able to schedule someone to come out right away and had the report within 24 hours that also showed the foundation was a good shape. Thank you Crosstown Engineering!
