Vehicle had dirty medical equipment from previous passengers. 12v outlets did not work, unable to charge phone while driving. Despite this the representative nickeled-and-dimed upon return. I'd recommend shopping around before using this outfit.

Absolutely terrible. RV kitchen dirty with stains and old, mildew food in the cabinets. Back tires had little to no tread. Bathroom sink did not even turn on. Had to wash hands in the kitchen. Water leak from toilet leaked onto bathroom floor constantly. Skylight in bathroom broken and open to air - rain and bug got into RV. Stove had no spark er to light it with (as mentioned in the videos). Person who rented out RV that the wait times on the phone if anything breaks could be up to 30 minutes to an hour. Wrote the company immediately after trip. Reply email says “Give is 30 days”. It's been over 90 days and we've had no response. I have sent multiple emails at this point. Do not waste your money.
Our trip did not begin well. I confirmed 1pm pickup at 11am, only to find out that previous renter did not return the RV when I went there. They did not care at all to call me and I had to take cab back home. Randy behaved like it is my problem, not his; did not offer any compensation etc. (I had discount by calling 800 number, which hardly covered my lost day, camp booking and taxi fare going back and forth). We managed to get the RV after 4pm and delayed our trip for a day. COVID aside, it was terribly dirty even for normal days. Vinyl bed was all black when wiped, there were breadcrumbs and pet hair everywhere. Dump was not empty, which was noticed just before we got the keys. They also had nerves to call me during my trip to ask my arrival time and mention about penalties for bringing RV back late. They were rude on the return, blamed me that dump is full while the lights were not working correct. I demonstrated that all was empty. Communication could have been more polite. I give 2 stars instead of 1 as RV did not create any problems.
We rented the standard RV for a week from this location an was very satisfied. They went over everything, taught me how to use the RV, and were very patient with all of my questions. We were treated very well, and I appreciated that.
Edit 9/13 Returned the RV today. Everything worked well with the exception of one of the floor level ight lights\, and we only noticed that after 7 days. Spent the week in Colorado, and loved the tow/haul feature in the mountains. The C19 RV that we were supposed to pick up was involved in an accident and Randy worked to help us out and upgraded us to a standard 25 foot. He even started the refrigerator the night before pickup so that it would be cold when we picked it up. All of the accessories work as expected and the interior was exceptionally clean. He did a thorough walkthrough with us to explain how everything worked, and even fixed a couple small issues he found as he was doing the walkthrough. Randy is really on his game.
